Sir I am working in various business last 16 years but I am not able to achieve which I am concern So thats why I am going threw depress and not to concentrate on my works I am not ma ke any treatment and finally I am very disturb surrounding people they only utilise me and threw away as I am not any value a nd view and I also loose my capability and confidence please guide about recover my confidence and working strength. Best option for you is invest in interest and aptitude testing from a qualified and trained psychologist. These tests will reveal which fields/jobs your interest lies. Aptitude testing will tell which are the fields/jobs where you have the ability to succeed. In other words, you will get to know your strengths and which jobs are most suitable for you. Knowing your inner strengths, you will never have to depend on what people say about you. The tests will tel you what you are good at. So, you need not bother about people anymore.
