to gain weight you have to consume more calories then your requirements.all you need is energy and protein dense food,like milk and milk products,jeggery,khajoor,banana,honey,milk sweet like kheer,rasgulla,etc..above all food products should be in balance amount other wise it may leads you to obesity.all you need is proper diet schedule.
