I don't gain weight. I have tried every possible thing. I took weight gainers proteins etc. I regularly take good deit of fruits dry fruits etc but haven't got a good result I want to improve my persona. What should I do.

hello don't skip breakfast. sleep for 7-9 hours per night. drink plenty of water. start your day with peanut butter sandwich. after 2 hours take 500ml milk. after 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied with paneer curry. evening banana shake. take apple before workout. after workout take 1 scoop whey protein powder. dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied with soya curry. thank u
