Hi Take milk, paneer, cheese and curd regularly. Cut down fried food. Eat 4 fruits daily. Eat 20 almonds daily and some peanuts. Have more protiens like chana / rajma / dals and chicken and eggs if non veg. Do exercise / yoga regularly. Then you will be strong and healthy
