It is a psychological feelling. In work you are not thinking about negative aspects. After work you are too much concentrate on your body. Then pains comes repeatedly. It is a psychological feeling. It is called psychosomatic problems. Better to take psychological counselling. And behaviour therapy. Better to one good psychologist in your area. All the best.
