Hello doctor, I am 22 years old male , suffering from weakness in my legs. Earlier I used to sleep in a A.C. Room where I didn't feel comfortable. Firstly I thought that shiverness in my legs is the bad impact of A.C but even now when I am using a cooler for cooling then Also I feel shiverness in my legs. Due to this problem (distraction) I am not able to study properly.

Take sahacharadi kashayam 15 ml along with 60 ml water along with 1 kaisoraguggulu gulika 6 am and 6 pm. Do massage with sahacharadi tailam for 30 minutes and keep it 30 minutes and wash it off.
