Most of the toothpaste contain fluorine which is necessary to the teeth but at the same time it has some side effect so what can we do for that and which toothpaste is recommended by most of the dentist.
Fluoride if it exceed more than 1ppm then it has side effect. If you use fluoridated tooth paste it contains with in the the limits n that prevents dental caries and you r not swallowing the paste so no need to think about side effects. Regarding which tooth paste is advised the brushing technique is more important than what paste you r using. Doctors recommend specific tooth paste if you have particular problem. For general use concentrate more on brushing technique with mild tooth paste.
Flouride in a proper amount is necessary for teeth. All toothpaste are okay. It's better to improve brushing technique. Visit a dentist and ask how to brush.
