Hello, To improve your weight with good muscle. Focus on eating quality protein from egg, milk ,lean meats, beans and pulses and soya. Eat for every two hours. snack on roasted nuts and fruits. Hi It does not matter what others feel about You. What matters is what you feel about yourself. First be confident about yourself. Dont compare yourself with others. Don't get carried away by pictures of models with bulging muscles. Even Bruce Lee was thin but he had an amazing body. Your height to weight ratio is fine. You can build strength and tone your body by doing weight lifting and other exercises in gym. Be strong and be fit.
