Sir I have a serious problem when ever I meat a girl in our institute or any other place automatically my thinking was worst I think negative thoughts and the reality is what ever I think automatically its going beyond my brain mns girls were listen my thoughts clearly and my confidence level were more down because my liver is weak thats why what ever I thought its beyond my brain and every body were listening me. When ever I talk to my self in my brain every person was told me that look he gona made he talking to himself and the fact is i'm just thinking why my thinking is so strong sir because of liver weak or i'm listing songs in my hand free so that will harm my brain please suggest me some medicine i'm so thank full to you.

You are not talking with girls. When you talk there is nothing. You feel inferior yourself. Anybody in this age like that. We talk so many girls about sexual problems directly. But we never get negative thoughts. You are not talking. You are imaging yourself wrongly. For that reason you are getting negative thoughts. When you talk with them. You feel yourself there is nothing. After talking everybody feels there is nothing. After that we dislike to talk with girls. Better to make friendly relationships with girls. Then you do not have negative thoughts. Nobody listen or feel or think yourself. They have their own work. In this world everybody is busy they do not have time to think about yourself. Everything is your poor imagination. When you talk friendly everything gone. After you feel bore. So better to make freindly relations with girls. Listening songs is very good. Be sociable and be freidly with others. Best of luck.
