Today I am 38 week pregnant. My baby hasn't turned his head till now. What is the reason? What can I do now? Can he turn his head this week?

Hello, normally, babies remain in the uterus with the head down and buttocks up position. If the buttocks are down then this called a breech position. If your baby is in the breech position at 38 weeks, then it is very unlikely that he will go back to the normal position - that is, in the head down position. If this is your first pregnancy, then you will need a cesarian section to deliver the baby.

If the baby is not in a head down position till now, it may not happen at all cause, as pregnancy progresses baby grows, space reduces, liqour reduces and movement and turning becomes more difficult.
