Hi. I masturbate daily once. When doing sex I am not able to last long like before. I am not getting long lasting erection. I can clearly able to feel the difference. Daily I go for gym for weight training. Am 26 yrs, height 173 cm, weight 68 kg. Is it because of masturbation I am not able to last long during sex? Is there any solution for it?
