Hello, Your question sounds Interesting. I want to first make a note that every fruit is unique in its own nutritional values. we can only compare major nutrients but not micro nutrients , antioxidants, and minerals.Red coloured fruits are rich in lycopene an anticancer agent where as bananas are rich in tryptophan which helps to fight depression. so every fruit is required for this human body. variety is key. include rainbow coloured fruits and vegetables in you diet to improve your immunity.
