I always feel stressed. I'll be angry on small small discussions. Less appetite. Digestion is not proper. Feel depressed. Always feel tired but my hemoglobin level is 14 gm.

Your Hb is normal in range and no worry about it. You have not discussed the reason for your depression. Fine, if you seems irritable with talking to people, lack of concentration in work or education, not interested in watching TV or studies, feeling less appetite, not having proper sleep, feeling worthless, dull looking are all the symptom of depression. In that case, spend time with your family members, do not isolate yourself, go out for walk in the morning and in the night (if possible) at least for half an hour, but walking in the morning is necessary which relieves you from stress or depression. Though not feeling hungry, take food properly in the right time a little sum. Make yourself engaged in any activities compulsorily, or listening to music (not the song) will help you feel much better.
