Dear lybrate user it's natural to be anxious but if it's happening without any real reason then it should be controlled. You can try to keep yourself busy by engaging yourself into fruitful activity which you feel help to boost your mood and distract you from negative anxious thoughts. It can be any vocation, any hobby. Try playing some games like puzzles, crosswords. It will help you keeping your mind away from anxious thoughts. Try to identify some triggers which lead to such thoughts like when, where, at what time, in which situation you get such thoughts more often. Try make a note of it. Note down your feelings at that time. If we arr able to identify the triggering points then we can learn to avoid and escape such things or try to be alert about them. Try some of these strategies.
