I am having some serious behaviour issues. I can not look at a person decently. When I meet unfamiliar persons I just lower my head. If there is some important conversation going on with teacher at some moment I just start to smile. I can not sit in a class. I pretend that I am serious but after some moment I smile. I can not converse a person and maintain eye contact. I can not behave just as normal person do. I can not walk properly. I do not want to look indecently at people but due to fear it happens. I have become very analytical as well. Please help.

Helo lybrate user, first, difficulty in interacting and talking to other people is a problem could be due to mal-adaptive habit formation and lack of social skills. Also, you need to understand that the fear of talking to other people might also result from low self-esteem, where you negative evaluations of oneself do not allow you to talk to other people in a normal manner. Low self-esteem, results in negative ruminations about oneself and a person hesitate or avoid situations where people are in a social setting or group. So it is essential for you to practice and expose yourself in situations where you can involve yourself purposefully in social gathering whether it can be friends, family members, relatives, office colleagues or any general set up of social situation. Third, I would also like to suggest you that the kind of thoughts came before or during conversation, for this, you need to work upon it by consulting a clinical psychologist who can understand in detail dysfunctional patterns of your thinking and do some and engage in role-play sessions for assessing and treating this problem in a better way.
