I have 2.2 cm of chocolate cyst in my right ovary. Suggest me treatment. I am suffering from infertility .

You need to get a laparoscopy done for evaluation of the endometriosis. The cyst could also be tackled at the same time. If endometriosis is in early stage, iui should be done and if advanced ivf should be undertaken immediately.

Hello, if your left ovary is normal you can try ovulation induction under gynecologist supervision for 3-4 cycles. Get a hsg test done to see if your tubes are open.
