I am 40 years old male and suffering from neck pain (cervical spondylitis) from 2 years. I came across neck physiotherapy and neck exercises but no use. Also used cervical pillow but got only less relief. Is this curable or not without surgery?

Definitely curable. But you need to find a good doctor who can advise you right exercises. It's a mechanical problem and has to be treated with either physiotherapy or surgery. Surgery is rarely required. Be aware of surgery rackets in big hospitals.
