I am fatty boy. I am 22 years old height 5.8 weight 80 kg. How do I reduce fat with the help of jym.

Jogging, cycling, push ups, sit ups, squats and other types of cardiac and aerobics exercise will help you to reduce fat. But as dietitian my experience says in weight loss diet play 80% role well exercise play 20% role. If you will not control your diet you will not get any result. Proper diet and exercise schedule is your answer.
