My mom is 50 years old. She will be busy with the house work and also taking care of her parents health as they will stay in my house only , by God's grace now she is okay, not having problems with BP SUGAR .but having fear of my mom age. As she is entering into 50+.can you kindly let me know the tips to be taken for 45+ age people to live long.
