My friend recently went to canada for mba, he is not following a specific diet because of which hez weight is getting down. He has his colg n after dat he stay at home only on saturday sunday he has job for 8 hours. Please give me a specific diet plan or diet chart so that he can increase his weight n also give some tips to gain weight because he cannot make all the food for lunch n dinner so hi eat whatever he gets like omelette sum time daal rice. He specifically do not eat any vegetables pls suggest a diet plan for his daily routine.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast.
