From which day after my periods should I have sex so as there is no chance of being pregnant. And also tell me that when should I do not have sex. according to my periods cycle. I am not sure about this topic that on which day after my periods I am eligible to have sex which is not unsafe for me. Please help .

If cycleis regular then 10 to 16 day of cycle are unsafe.

Egg or ovum releases on 14th or 15th day from the first day of menstruation and survive for 12-24 hours. But sperm deposited inside once can survive 4-5 days. So in normal regular cycle there is more chance of getting pregnancy from 10th _ 18 th day and known as unsafe period. This phenomenon depends on individual and accepted by most of the people. So, you can have sex with out fear of getting pregnancy other than these 7-8 days and can use condom during the unsafe period. You can have sex even during the mensuratuion if you feel comfortable. 3-4 days +- 14th day of cycle is supposed to be unsafe period for unprotected sex. Rest of the days are safe provided your cycle is regular. Sex during period is unhealthy.
