D lybrate-user, glad to hear from you:) do you have any medical issues? in order to maintain to your weight please follow these tips- 1) eat small and frequent meals preferably every 2 hours. 2) stay hydrated and drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day. 3) eat at least 2 servings of fruits in a day. 4) add more leafy greens and veggies in the diet. 5) try and use only 4 tsp of oil for cooking meals in a day. 6 stay away from high calories and fattening foods. 7) say no to junk and processed foods. 8) keep the sugar and salt intake to minimum.
