Doctor is egg is a source of fat? I ate eggs 2 times a day. Is se mera weight to nAhi bad jayega? I don't want to gain weight. Please suggest me should I have to eat eggs or not.

Whole egg is a good source of protein, vitamins & minerals. But since it has high amount of cholesterol, more than 1 egg should not be eaten in a day. If you have 1 whole egg daily it will not make you fat.
