Acne or pimple can be a very annoying skin issue that is very common in adolescents. Acne or pimples usually burst out due to excessive oil (or sebum) produced by the skin hence, keeping your skin clean and washing it regularly can prevent formation of pimples. For this, it is recommended to use an ayurvedic soap that contains neem. Using pranacharya face glow on your face and letting it dry for about 15 minutes before washing with warm water can be helpful with pimples. You can also have pranacharya b clean syrup 2 tablespoons twice a day for better results.

Avoid high glycemic food. Cut down the intake of junk good, white food and deep fried food. Avoid application of oily products and prefer water based creams. Avoid steroid creams like betnovate. Drink lots of water everyday. Have vegetables and fresh fruits daily. Wash your face twice a day with gentle cleanser. Apply sunscreen with atleast 25 spf. Do not touch your skin or squeeze acne or pimple.

Please use Tea tree oil which is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. •Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. •Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Note: Steer clear of tea tree oil if you have sensitive skin.
