I am a student 21 year old and I want to increase my boby weight and increase my boby size also. My weight does not increase as I eat more food. I think I have mesomorph kind body . Please tell your opinion to increase my weight.

Hello eating too much for every individual doesn't mean that u should put on Weight,some ppl have improper absorption from intestines,,so u tend to loose weight even though u eat,just make it a habit to eat 2hrs once in small quantiy. DO's: small frequent meals,Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water.. take of protein rich products. Don't stress urself too much be it any matter, sleep for 7 to 8 hrs.. Don't: skipping breakfast,not drinking water.. if u still feel this is not working out then take homoeopathic tincture SENECIO AUREUS 5 Drops in half cup of water morning n night for 1 month..u ll surely see the difference..
