I filled deeper cavities in between 2 teeth. It is 100% sure that I will need root canal. If not then how can I prevent it?

Sir, if your cavities were deep to begin with and you had pain then root canal would be required. If no pain and filling is done well you may not need root canal in future.

Ya you are right prevention is better than cure. So just maintain good oral hygiene and to use floss regularly.
