Hello I am 20 years old suffering from PCOD. Due to which a small lump has occurred beneath my left breast. Dr. says it is a fibroma and not a cancer lump still I face chest pain regularly. please suggest me some do's & do not's to get rid of these problem.

Hello lybrate user as you asked about your problems related to your pcod and a small lump on your brest. I would like to advise you that due to accumulation of toxins and irregular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours and abnormal lifestyle. The pcod is not so serious but takes time to be normal if the patient gets proper treatment otherwise it will be possible that some harmonic changes and metabolic changes also will be suffered. Surgeon may ask for surgery. Ayurveda doctor can treat your problems after examination of your pulse. I would like to suggest you for getting balanced and rich proteins and nourishing diets and soups of carrots and beetroots with ginger and haldi including ghee and garlic you may follow some light diets and chapati or any green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Use hot water sipping boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves every one hour. One glass of warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. And at breakfast. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi and sour products e. G. Pickles etc. For complete diagnosis and proper treatment ask me privately
