The best and the safe way to reduce 10 kg in 2-3 month . As I am vegetarian . I past I have reduce 10 kg but from 2 years I am able to reduce weight and now due to frustration I am not concentrating on my weight and eating everything and not doing 1 workout in hole day just watching tv, sitting, sleeping etc What should I do I have to reduce my weight 10 kg with in 2-3 month. Just give me some nice routine with workout .that how much time I should workout in a day and time with meal chart of whole day.
