I am 19 year old boy and weigh 39 kgs. I am too much skinny. Even people think that I am a patient when they look me. I just wanted to know that how much weak I could be ? Am I weaker than even girls ?

Hi, according to your height your weight is low. I advice you increase your weight. You should follow proper diet plan and do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take 4 egg daily. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk and sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast.
