Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Hello, Have a small frequent meal. Do not keep gap more than 2 hours between meals. Do not skip breakfast and have healthy heavy breakfast. Do some kind of physical activity at least for 1 hour. Eat 3 meals, 2 snacks. Do not take water with meals but half an hour before or an hour after a meal. Good amount of fibre which will help you to loose weight. Avoid junk foods , packaged foods, sweets, canned products , tetra pack juices, street foods, fried foods, jam, jellies, pickles.
