Hi Veg diet is perfectly fine. You can have more milk products like cheese, paneer etc on regular basis. Have more nuts like almonds, cashew and peanuts. Eat regular meals. Avoid junk food. Avoid colas, have fruit juices. Be strong and be confident. Dont compare with others.
