Hello Sir, jab me subah running karta hu ,toh mujhe bahot stress and tired mehsus karta hu. Please help what to do?

Hi Eat a banana before you go for a run. Also have a glass of water. If you are doing long distance then after you come back have nimbu paani. Do proper stretching and relaxation exercises after you finish your running. Eat more protiens like egg, fish, milk, curd etc.
