She have some breathing problems. She can breath normally but feels that adequate O2 is not entering in her lungs. It can happen both awake and sleeping conditions, And when she entered in an AC environment especially when in trains and buses. Her BP is normal. And at that time she feels dryness in her mouth and inner area of her throat.Please help me.

You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and/or bronchial asthma. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day. Also will need to do some tests like pulmonary function tests to check if it is anything serious.
