Hello you need regular ayurvedic medication and therapy. Do regular pranayama, and exercises. Eat light, nutritious, fibrous food. Before your periods due date and during periods drink juices, lemon honey water, tender coconut water, warm cow's milk added with cow's ghee, take rest.
