I am just 19 years old, 53 kg, I can't digest any foods properly, and I have gas problem too, Recently I did a check up and doctor asked me to do blood test (haemoglobin) and clinical biochemistry test (S.Bilirubin total) The results are : Haemoglobin : 14.2 gms% (normal range: 12.5-16.5) S.bilirubin total : 1.2 mg% (normal range : upto 1.0 ) Is there any need to worry? I mean is it a kind of a jaundice ? Though My doctor said there is Nothing much to worry but you have to avoid "masala foods and junk foods" from now, But he is little rude so I skipped some questions and I want to ask those questions on Lybrate My questions: 1) how much danger it is ? Is there any need to worry? 2) What is the daily rules I have to follow from now ? I mean which type of foods I have to take and which type of foods I have to avoid ? 3) Somewhere I heard that ice cream or any cold foods is good for this type of situation, is it ? Or I have to avoid any cold foods ? 4) I need to avoid water (i.e washing face more than 7 or 8 times in a day ) 5) Is there any other health diet plans for this situation? Please tell.
