I have persistent bloating from 3 months and bloating increased when taking diary products, and lost 11 kgs in 3 months. What will be cause of weight loss?

You must be lactose intolerant, so stop consuming milk and milk products. Stop doing gluten which is present in wheat. Do rice and jowar bajra instead. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eat healthy fats like ghee and cold pressed coconut oil.
