Thank you for the query. I would like to check the urine r/e report in detail. Urine pus cell of 2-4 /hpf (high power field) is considered to be normal, hence probably the report may have some either abnormality also (like protein in urine, sugar etc). Increased urine pus cell usually more than 6/hpf) or presence of rbc (red blood cell) in urine may indicate urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water and adopt good hygiene. Regards

2-4 pus cell in the urine is ok . nothing to worry about or the reason to make you unfit. too many puss cells in the urine can mean a urinary tract infection, a sexually transmitted disease, kidney infection, or abscess near the kidney. if the pus cells are more then 5 then you may need antibiotic to reduce the level of the pus cells .Take care
