Did my baby's weight has increased too much in my 30 weeks pregnancy. Can that cause discomfort in chest.

Hi, certainly, rapid growth in the baby can lead to pressure in the chest and gerd (reflux). You should try to take small frequent meals, and avoid spicy foods.
