No exercise for first 3 months except routine baby work, simple walk after 3 months but no jogging or swimming. You can get massage done on arms and legs and back, 1 month after delivery when you are lactating the baby, eating well and by now there is no risk of infection to internal stiches (take 2-3 months to heal)
