Hi, hope you are not expecting a weight loss immediately post pregnancy. Since it takes 9 months to gain that weight one should expect to lose it at equally that much or even more longer time. Breast feeding exclusively for 6 months is the first best thing to lead to that belly loss. If not then with the permission of your gynac you can resume walks and yoga or swimming 4-5 days a week for atleast an hour. Also restrict the intake of high fat meals in your diet. Thanks.
