Sir I am a anxiety disorder patient and insomnia too. I went to psychiatrist and he prescribed me 3 tablets in one day. Petril 0.25 mirtaz 7.5 mg and pexep cr 12.5 I feel really better now I don't have panic attacks but still I have a problem of insomnia when I take these tablets I will sleep and when I don't take I can't sleep. How can I sleep without these tablets or what else can I do to leave these things and what should I do for nausea I can not eat properly and I don't feel hungry I feel like I have to vomit. Sir/mam. Please help me with your opinion. Thanks.

Since you showed considerable improvement with above medications it is advisable that you donot alter doses or stop or skip medications at your wish. Consult your treating physician or me online for a gradual reduction in number and doses of medications. This would ensure continued improvement and reduce chances of relapse in future.
