1. Have small frequent meals (6-8) instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Include good quality protein in all your meals- milk, curd, channa, sprouts, soyabean, whole egg, fatty fish, chicken, nuts, oilseeds, cereal-pulse combinations (pongal, khichri, premix, atta-besan chila) 3. Practice strength exercises at home for 1/2 hr daily.
