I am 29 year old female. I always have blocked nose through out the day but it becomes severe in the morning when I wake up. Even if I take medications it is of no use as the problem becomes less severe but is not solved completely. Because of this I am not able to do yoga/ breathing exercises as I also want to rd due weight. I am 62 kgs and my height is 5'1" Please advise.

Hi lybrate-user. Nose block may be due to many reasons like mass or polyps in nose or deviated septum or polypoidal mucosa due to allergy and this can only be diagnosed after clinical examination. For symptomatic relief you can use nasivion nasal drops and tab. Montair-l daily at night. Steam inhalation will be beneficial for u. For any further queries you can contact me.
