After long day sitting in my office I feel stiffness in my calf muscles and knees. please suggest I am feeling this from a month now initial I thought it was due to some sprain but it started in both legs now.

This is only due to excessive sitting. Massage calf muscles daily with coconut oil, followed by hot fomentation. Don't sit for long periods, walk after some time. While sitting also move your toes. It will keep the blood circulating.
