Hi, diabetes is dangerous disease. It needs your control on sugar. Though you are under treat since some years, still you are to prepare your dietic menu and physical exercise to stop the sugar level. Take bitter gourd, cucumber, salad, jamu, karela, neem, gurmari etc. You will be fullycontrolled.
