Though it is said climbing stairs is healthy, for a 73 yr. Old person having chronic low back pain, cervical spondylitis and muskulo-skeletal issues hypertension, will this advice of climbing stairs healthy or otherwise?

Hi, in lbp and in advanced age you restricted to have stair use, as there is chance of fall. Old age is the decay stage where no genesis seen rather more lysis seen. So it is unhealthy for you to go further.
