Deat sir/Mam My period started bon 30/6/16 & I want to become pregnant so pls advise when to have sex and when to not have/stop sex? And when can I know that I am pregnant? Also advise if any change to be done in lifestyle and shall I avoid any foods? Should I lie-down after sex? Pls guide exactly/fully.

Hello, if you have a regular 28-30 day cycle then having sex between day 8_18 of your cycle increase your chances of getting pregnant. Do a pregnancy test if you miss your periods. Eat a balanced diet with veggies fruits gud amt of protein and plenty of water. Do some regular walking after meals. Gud luck.

hi lybrate user, if your periods are regular 30days have sex from today till 17th alternate days. keep pillow under buttocks and lie down for 10min after sex.
