hello...these are relay high values and particularly if Ur diabetic and heart patient then need very aggressive treatment... healthy diet need to be followed avoid oily stuff junk food small frequent meals .... regular habits of eating ...leave any addiction if u have of tobacco ... aerobic exercise...kkep weight in control ...commonly rosuvastatin or  atorvastatin are initial drugs which need to be tried ...and need to repeat cholesterol after 3 months

Care has to be taken immediately with regard to food medicines and exercises.
1) food like - curd banana milk deep-fried oily canned food and food added with preservatives chat-food cucumber non-veg have to be completely avoided 2) an exercise routine has to be started such that the body sweats for at least 10-15 min
3) include food like oats un chilled-buttermilk onion garlic ginger pepper wheat barley pomegranate jambu fruit in your diet 4) if interested you can text me for advise on oral medications.
