Hello, if you don't want to gain weight develop a habit of walking post dinner at least for 30 minutes then what ever you have in your dinner doesn't matter. You should take vegetable dalia most of the times in the dinner. Take good amount of salad, corn flakes, non fat yogurt, apple with pea nut butter and baby carrots.
