Two eggs a day is fine. Along with that have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, milk, curd etc. Just because you are joining a gym does not mean that you overeat. Else you will put on weight unecessarily. Try to add some carbohydrates and protiens gradually as you increase your workouts.
